North Point Pilot Rum

Distilled from molasses imported from the Caribbean, North Point distillery Pilot Rum is a pot distilled rum, aged for 6 to 8 months in ex Highland Scotch whisky casks. The name was inspired by brave pilots who would help ships in need of guidance in the north coast of Scotland. We found it to have a sweet fruitiness. 

Recycled glass, a distillery powered by green energy, ethically sourced ingredients and a soon to be constructed biomass plant, North Point Distillery are trying to make an ethically conscious rum too.
