A single vintage, single estate anejo tequila from the fine folks at Ocho Tequila. Aged for a year in American White Oak casks. Mexico's climate means that there is quite significant oak interaction in that time, making it taste older than one year. A mixture of stainless steel and pot distillation creating a fruity spirit, with robust vegetal notes.
