Odfjell are practicing organic and biodynamic winemaking, using older vines and techniques from the long history of Chilean viniculture, in the Maule Valley. This is an organic Carignan, elegant and mature, with deep liquorice notes with slightly savoury mushroom and leather hints. Blackcurrants mix with vanilla on the palate, and robust tanins lead to a long and intricate finish.
