Olivers Fine Perry 2019

A cracking perry, made with Blakeney Red, Gin, Butt and Red Longdon pears. Olivers use pears grown in in Herefordshire and the surrounding 3 counties. Their aim is to produce cider and perry which shows the real quality of the fruit.

Official Tasting Notes
Bursting to life with the carbonation carrying the light barley straw coloured perry to the nose, offloading vibrant fresh pear and citrus with hints of damson, gooseberry and rhubarb. All the while the pear tannins and acids running amok in your mouth.
