Reposado Tequila 40% 75cl

Pasote tequila is made from Blue Weber agave sourced from a single estate in the Jalisco highlands. The agave piñas are cooked in a brick oven, before crushing them in a modern roller mill and fermenting the resulting aguamiel in open-topped vessels with yeast strains cultivated locally. The musto is double-distilled in stainless steel pot stills, and the spirit is aged for a minimum of 4 months in American oak ex-bourbon barrels prior to bottling.
