Anejo Tequila 40% 70cl

Patrón Añejo consists of two 100% Blue Weber Agave tequilas distilled from mostos produced by two different methods. In one case, the cooked agave hearts are crushed using a traditional stone wheel (Tahona), then fermented in contact with the remaining agave fibres. In the other case, a modern roller shredder is used and the aguamiel is filtered prior to fermentation. In each case the mostos is triple-distilled and blended before ageing in a combination of French and Hungarian oak casks, new American oak and American whisky barrels, for 12-15 months prior to bottling in Patrón's iconic hand-blown bottles.
