From cider made with apples grown in the Pays d'Auge region of Normandy, this spirit is double distilled in pot stills and then left to rest for at least 20 years before the Pere Magloire Celler Master carefully selects casks to marry together and create the exceptional profile of liquorice, caramelised turnovers, sweet fresh apple, and toasted almonds.
