Planteray 3 Stars White Rum

A combination of unaged rum from Barbados, 2-3 year old rum from Trinidad, unaged Jamaican rum and 10 year old Jamaican rum, which are a mixture of column and pot still. All of these elements go into making this a flavoursome rum, with structure, that is great in a Daiquiri. This rum contains some of Planteray's additional sugar syrup, with 9g per liter added.

Nose – Delicate scents of brown sugar, honey, coffee bean; later whiffs following further aeration encounter baking spices: vanilla, and cloves.

Palate –  Entry is biscuity, yet is bittersweet and light-bodied. Midpalate features round, supple flavors of dark chocolate, root beer, egg cream. Finishes fast, refined. Serious white rum at its grassy, herbal best.
