2006 Signatory 43% 70cl

A grain distillery that closed in 2011, Port Dundas sat on the River Clyde in Glasgow. Grain whisky tends to have some fruity notes, and sweeter notes from the maize and wheat that it used in the mashbill, as well as barley. A chance to try a closed distillery. Most Port Dundas would have been used for blending, so it is nice to see a Signatory bottling of this.
