Quiquiriqui Mezcals are made by the Mendez family of Matatlan, Oaxaca, who source agave of diffierent varieties from growers across the region.

This mezcal is produced by taking Quiquiriqui's artisanal 100% Espadin mezcal, macerating cacao beans in it, then redistilling to produce this curious and complex spirit.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose – Earth, sweet dark chocolate.

Palate – Dark chocolate, tobacco and vegetal.

Finish – Bitter cocoa and agave sweetness.
