QuiQuiRiQui Ensamble Mezcal

Quiquiriqui Mezcals are made by the Mendez family of Matatlan, Oaxaca, who source agave of diffierent varieties from growers across the region.

Ensemble is made from a blend of equal parts Tepeztate, Cuishe and Espadin, each of which is sustainably farmed, then cooked, milled, wild-fermented and distilled in using artisanal methods.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose – Complex, green, brine, pepper.

Palate – Vibrant vegetal and mineral, salty olives.

Finish – Pepper, a little sweetness.
