While there is a definite following for rye led whiskies in the bourbon world, wheated bourbons do have their fans. Wheat is a softer grain, allowing the oaky richness to come through. This bourbon is 2 years old, and is predominantly corn, followed by wheat and a small amount of rye.

Honey and butter, followed by a hint of plum and raisins for a long finish with an interesting touch of spiciness.
