Rebel Yell Small Batch Reserve

A wheated bourbon from the team at Rebel Yell. Wheat brings nutty notes and is generally a little bit softer than some of the spicier rye whiskies. Bourbon must be 51% corn, matured in new oak casks. This bourbon is 51% corn, with a higher proportion of wheat, and a smaller proportion of rye making up the 49%.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose – Complex with hints of caramel, oak, vanilla and brown sugar.

Palate – Wheat presence softens the flavour as compared to rye Bourbon, and is followed by hints of vanilla, wheat and oak.
