Their mashbill is a mixture of malted and unmalted barley which along with the casks they age in, creates a full bodied mouth feel, and full on notes of blackcurrants, creamy vanilla and stewed apples. Staff Tasting Notes

Nose – Bucket loads of vanilla and gingerbread spice mix, mixed in with marzipan, and almonds. There is an element of the intense oakiness you get from heavily charred, high quality Bourbons, followed by big notes of fruitiness, apple chews, honeydew melon, pears, strawberries and more fruitiness the more you smell it.

Palate – Vanilla creaminess, spices, dried fruits, butter icing, stewed apple notes, and layers and layers of other tasty flavours. A brilliant balance of spice and sweet. On second taste, more blackcurrant and raisin notes.
