Rock Roses' most experimental edition to date, inspired by the Caithness coastline and is distilled using locally foraged kelp from Shore Seaweed and liquorice salt from Hebridean Mustard Company.

Official Tasting Notes
On the nose warm juniper notes giving way to bright lemon and verbena notes. On the palate, fresh citrus balanced with oceanic umami flavour of kelp. A hint of salinity coming through from the liquorice salt with more citrus on the finish.
