Rooster Rojo Blanco Tequila

A sweet and spicy 100% blue agave tequila. We also quite like the big rooster on the bottle. Agave takes between 6 and 7 years to farm, and it looks like a cross between a cactus and a pineapple. Once it is mashed, and fermented, it is ready to be distilled into tequila.
