Rooster Rojo Reposado Tequila

A great value 100% agave reposado tequila. Rooster Rojo is made with Blue Weber agave from Jalisco, processed in a modern fashion. The piñas are cooked in a pressurised autoclave and crushed in a roller mill. The musto is fermented in stainless steel vessels then double distilled in stainless steel pot stills. The reposado is aged in French oak barrels for a minimum of two months prior to bottling.
