Rosel Boher Uco Valley Encarnacion NV

Rosell Boher are a winery established in the Uco Valley in 1900, and specifically make very high quality sparkling wine. This methode traditionnelle sparkiling is 80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir, aged for 24 months on the lees.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose – A mix of nutty and fruity aromas combined with citrus fruit and toasty notes derived from ageing on lees.

Palate – A complex soft dry palate with refreshing acidity combined with quince, apple and pear notes, typical of the main grape variety and a well-structured body given by the Pinot Noir and the extended period of ageing.
