A methode traditionnelle rose sparkling wine from Rosell Boher, a great winery established in the Uco Valley in 1900. 100% Pinot Noir, with long fermentation, aged on lees for 30 months. 

Official Tasting Notes

Nose – Intense fruity aromas like cherries and raspberries, citric and tropical fruit notes of pineapple and coconut mixed with toast and yeast.

Palate – Well-structured, full of red and citrus flavours, with a refreshing acidity and a long, balanced, fizzy finish.
