This non-alcoholic Sparkling wine is made from verjuice and Cox apples, white blossom, and deepened by White Curls tea from the highest slopes of Nepal. Fresh and linear, lifted by blossom honey resulting in an elegant poised refreshing cuvée.
Food Pairing fresh goat’s cheese with lemon thyme or, for a sweeter occasion, yuzu or bergamot tart.
Official Tasting Notes Pale gold with green reflections, animated by an elegant effervescence. Pure and delicate, revealing notes of white blossom, pear skin and freshly cut apple. Subtle layers of citrus zest, chamomile and wet stone emerge with effervescence, creating a sensation of brightness and poise. Linear and luminous. The Cox apples bring gentle orchard sweetness balanced by White Curls tea from Nepal, which contributes are fined tannic line and quiet energy.
