A single cask bottling, one of 250 bottles, from German Single Malt Distillery Saillt Mor. Unusually made with beechwood smoked German malt. This is a really interesting contast to Saillt Mor Whisky Sponge No 73a which is made using peated malt.

It shows off a deeply herbal and medicinal style of smokiness with plenty of power and complexity as well.
