Secret Garden Pinot Noir Gin

Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes grown in The Secret Garden Distillery’s glasshouse have been hand-harvested before being left to soak for a full year in base gin spirit made with Juniper, Coriander, Angelica Root and Winter Savory.

The gentle pink shade of the final bottled gin is a completely natural colouring produced from only the grapes.
