Serodes & Kovac Amelie Les Secrets Le Rose 2022

An excellent French rosé from the Languedoc-Roussillon. Free run juice from Syrah, Grenache, and Cinsault create a balanced, dry rosé. Light pink in the glass, and bursting with cherry, strawberry, and summer fruits both on the nose, and on the palate. The wine itself was inspired by Boris Kovac’s (the esteemed winemaker behind the wine) young daughter Amélie, and the flowers on the label are drawn by her.

Perfect with a summer barbeque, seafood, or enjoy as an aperitif.
