Serodes & Kovac Vallée des Aigles Cazot Blanc 2021

A lively, energetic and textural Côtes du Roussillon blanc. Cazot blanc is a blend of organically cultivated Grenache Blanc (65%), Grenache Gris (20%) and Vermentino (15%) from selected higher-altitude vineyards across Roussillon.

The fruit was sorted by hand then gently pressed. The must of each variety was co-fermented, predomintantly in stainless steel vessels, with a small proportion in old French oak barrels.

Official Tasting Notes
Scents of lime, tangerine and pineapple emerge from the glass, while in the mouth, the wine is medium-bodied, plump and lively. There’s a slightly custardy feel, culminating in a silky-textured finish. Drink it young for its vibrant fruit.
