Distilled in refurbished, disused farm buildings in the beautiful Surrey Hills. Silent Pool Gin is not only made in a stunning place, but there has been real thought put into the gin. Each botanical has been looked at, to decide when is the best time to add it in their four-stage process. The result is a very balanced gin, with citrus, earthy notes and floral notes.
