Peter Crawford and Daniel Blatchford established Sip Champagnes to share their passion for the the world of wine, and highlight a hidden aspect of the category. Much of the Champagne region’s grape harvest goes directly to the big six houses, but there are thousands of small independent growers who lovingly toil their land, cultivating their vines and produce their own Champagnes on a small scale. Sip Champagnes wanted to bring these tasty wines outside of France, so the world could enjoy them. 

Our tasting with Peter Crawford will show you that there’s more to Champagne than just the household-name brands. Peter will guide you through a selection of these uniquely individual champagnes sourced directly from small producers that adhere only to the very best practices in order to create some of the best champagne you can buy.
