This is their 10 year old cider brandy which has spent 10 years in oak barrels. They grow and distil on site, allowing them to select the best apples fo their brandy.

Official Tasting Notes
It smells bold, full of apples, vanilla and spice. It tastes fruity with walnut, coffee and oak notes and prunes, vanilla and spice and sherry wood. It feels smooth and full with a gentle astringency
