St Germain Elderflower Liqueur

Elderflower can be quite challenging to work with. When it is harvested, it is a race against time to macerate to extract the flavour before it fades. This macerate is then combined with eau-de-vie de vin and neutral grain spirit. A lovely fresh elderflower flavour and a beautiful bottle.
