Sugar House Scottish Pure Single White Rum

Distilled in a pot still with a rectifying column, after a week long fermentation, Glasgow's Sugar House Rum are very much focused on flavour.

Sugar House Rum are one of a few new Scottish rum distillers, and one of the ones we are most excited about. We particularly like that they put the amount of sugar added on the side of the bottle.

Staff Tasting Notes
Nose : Seeds, fruits, grass and fresh coconut. Palate : Coconut returns, rich pot still texture with fruits, and a slight natural sweetness. Finish : Delicate and oliy, with a short finish.
