Sugar House Rum's fruity, unaged Pot Still rum, combined with a blend of spices to show the kind of flavours you can create with a mix of spice, and high quality rum. This rum has zero sugar, so all the flavour is from the spices and the rum.

Staff Tasting Notes
Nose : Gentle and balanced with vanilla, dried fruits and chocolate notes. Palate : Soft, slightly sweet with cocoa and cinammon. The texture is impressive and holds everything in place. Finish : Elegant vanilla and butterscotch, spiced caramel. Comments : Very well constructed, we could sip this quite easily before thinking about a mixed drink. And a great spiced rum for those who want to avoid added sugar.
