Talisker, the iconic distillery on the beautiful Isle of Skye, produces smoky, leathery, oily whisky, which also has nutty notes, some fruit, and so much more. This is their port cask finish, which adds berry notes to their smoky house style. Named with a reference to Portree, the lovely town further north on Skye, which is the capital. A brilliant place for some seafood and a dram of Talisker.
