Teeling Single Malt Irish Whiskey

For this whisky, Teeling take Irish single malt whiskies aged in sherry, port, madeira, white Burgundy & Cabernet Sauvignon casks, and blend these together to create this single malt bottling. They have worked with another distiller to produce this to build up to their own release.

Official Tasting Notes
Vibrant with aromas of melon, figs, toffee and lemon pushing through on the nose, whilst the palate gives notes of dried fruits, citrus, vanilla, spice and cloves. This Whiskey finishes with a long sweetness in harmony with dry tannins from the wood.
