100% low yielding hand harvested Saperavi. Whole bunches are selected and fermented in underground qvevri (amphora) for 7-9 days, before the skins are removed and the continues to age in amphora. Deep coloured, structured and vibrant with abundant primary fruit and earthy roasted nut aromas.
