Telmo Rodriguez Pegaso Granito Sierra de Gredos 2017

From two plots of very low yielding old vines of Garnacha (20hl/ha) planted at 750-900 MASL on course, tectured granite soils, with low water retention capacity. 

Granito produces surprisingly fruity, silky and delicately structured wines from hand-picked fruit, fermented with native yeast and aged for 18-24 months in 600 litre French oak.
