A Barossa Shiraz, with good fruity notes, complexity, while still remaining not too heavy. Thistedown selected handpicked fruit from three areas within the Barossa valley, fermented using a native yeast, and then aged in a mixture of old and new french oak. A bottle we thoroughly recommend. Fruit driven, but balanced.
