Vallisto Criolla 2021

A vibrant wine with somebody to it coming from the region of Salta in the far north of Argentina. This grape varietal, Criolla Chica, also known by Pias in the bordering Chile, is an unfortunately rarely seen wine which brings bell defined tannins and a zippy finish.

Staff Tasting Notes
Red Berries, pomegranate, floral with a whiff of Turkish delights. The surprisingly grippy tannins leave us with a deliciously punch yet light wine.
