Viano Vineyards Contra Costa County Zinfandel 2016

A charming wine which is hard not to love. The Viano family came to America in the 1920’s and are one of the last vineyards in the area due to urbanisation. The hot, dry climate of the area means that bacteria and fugus have difficulty taking hold resulting in the vineyard not needing any chemical fertilisation of use of pesticides.
