Selected from several plots of vines (average ages of 45 years) around the village of Dhron. In most vintages this is vinified 50/50 in foudre & stainless steel, but in years with a short harvest (such as this 2014) the wine is fermented entirely in foudre. Lovely honeyedfruit ripeness & creamy textural quality, & great tension. Dry, focused & approachable.
