Grapes are harvested from 3 parcels of 60+ year old vines in warmer, sunnier sections of the Grand Cru Hofberg. Fermented in foudre & kept on fine lees, this shows bright lychee & floral aromas, backed by pithy mandarine & bright, linear lime acidity. Lovely, soft, mid-palate & a long, focused finish.
