Generous and approachable, yet bone-dry and beautifully structured. Packed full of green apples, lime zest & sherbet with a healthy dose of Riesling oiliness and a hint of petrol and flint - A gorgeous pairing for fresh southeast asian fish dishes.

For four generations, the Fauth family of Weingut Seehof have been making very fine, and refreshingly affordable, wines in the small town of Westhofen, in Rheingau. Exceptional quality can be seen throughout the range, starting with their estate wines (or Gutsweine) which are made from grapes sourced from vineyards planted in well-draining stony clay and limestone soils around Westhofen.

This wine is 100% estate grown Riesling, vinified in such a way as to preserve freshness and express the high quality of the fruit. As a trocken (dry) Riesling, this wine has only an austere 3 g/L of residual sugar.
