Borders Gin 43% 70cl

Named after the 19th century accomplished plant-collector, born in the same town as the gin is made, William Kerr's Gin is created entirely at the Borders Distillery. They use barley from within 20 miles of the distillery to create the base spirit, and then steam all of their botanicals during the redistillation to keep the lighter, more subtle flavours, and create a wonderfully floral gin with a hint of spice.
