Thibaud Brocard is a fifth generation grower-producer who uses organic and biodynamic practice to farm his 7ha in the southerly Cote des Bar region of Champagne – part of the growing band of small growers who place the emphasis on careful work in the vineyard in harmony with nature, and expression of terroir. Stainless steel is used for the majority of the base wines, with a small proportion oak to add a touch of weight and complexity.
