A top-class independent grower-producer, established in 1996 by husband and wife team Olivier Collard (who’s family have for many generations produced Champagne in the Valley de Marne), and Caroline Picard (who’s family farmed in the Côte des Blancs). Collard-Picard own superb Chardonnay vineyards in Mesnil-Sur-Oger in the Côte des Blancs, as well as exceptional Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier sites in the Valley de Marne, and the majority of wines are vinified in oak, with no malolactic fermentation.
