For Experience 3, the team at Woven in Leith took a full on Speyside whisky, that evoked memories of old blends like Vat 69 (also blended in Leith). To show the best of this heavily sherried Speysider, while balancing it slightly, they have added some very old Highland grain whisky and Lowland grain whisky.
