Zucca Rabarbaro

Herbal liqueur from Italy made using authentic Chinese Rhubarb root - some that only grows in the mountainous regions of the Kansu Province - and infused with "rare, natural, secret herbs". 

A great base for a spritz style cocktail. Mix 1 part Zucca with 4 parts Prosecco and a tiny splash of Grapefruit Soda to make a Zucca Grapefruit Spritz.

Official Tasting Notes

Colour – Dark ruby brown

Nose – Earthy aromas and notes of bark and roots with unsweetened chocolate.

Palate – Vibrant, moderately sweet, medium-to-full body and a warming mouthfeel. A finish with peppery spice, hint of wormwood and incense, and exotic teas. A superb amaro with great flavor and balance!
