Amaretto Roasted 28% 70cl

A Puglian amaretto distilled from a maceration of hand-picked and roasted Filippo Cea almonds. This distillate is then flavoured with vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa, coffee and a pinch of salt. This is less heavily sweetened than most amaretto liqueurs, with a sugar content of 205 g/L. Delicious, well-balanced and very high quality.
