A tribute to the Black River that runs throughout the St Elizabeth Parish of Jamaica, where Appleton Estate distillery resides.

This bottling is an exciting addition to Appleton Estate's range. It is a combination of pot and column distilled rums, all tropically matured for at least 15 years in Jamaica. A complex and robust Jamaican rum with notes of nuts, orange peel and coffee. 

Staff Tasting Notes

Nose – Spices, baked banana, mango and muscovado sugar.

Palate – Juicy fruit compote, subtle menthol and anise, then more tropical.

Finish – Banoffee pie, coffee and caramel.
