Ardnahoe Bholsa

Introducing Ardnahoe Bholsa, the 2nd core release from this excellent Islay distillery. Aged in predominantly oloroso sherry casks, which is a contrast to their first core expression Infinite Loch. 
 
This dram has notes of raisins, plums and zesty notes, alongside the classic Islay smoke. Named after the Bholsa caves, just near their distillery on Islay.

Official Tasting Notes
Expect red fruits, walnuts, orange zest and peat smoke on the nose. Raisins, dates and ripe plums on the palate underpinned by Islay peat lead into a long, peppery finish.
