Aged in a refill cask, showing the funk and fruit that is reminicent of other excellent Ben Nevis 96 vintage casks (some of which were bottled by our sister company Royal Mile Whiskies in the past).

We are delighted to stock this 26 year old single cask . One of only 213 bottles.

Staff Tasting Notes

Nose – Pineapple, peach, fragrant and fancy honey, and a banana skin/wood glue funkiness. The oakiness of maturity is subtle and refill.

Palate – The taste is delicious as it's aroma promises: roasted nectarines served with cream and slowly stewed apples (waxy skins still on). A complex whisky that develops and shifts shape in the glass if you have patience to not empty the glass too quickly.
