Fresh, expressive and textural, with vibrant, floral aromatics, juicy stone fruit and a full, creamy mineralic texture - an exceptional pairing for fresh fish and white meats.

In his viticulture, Bernardo Estévez goes beyond organic practices, instead following the principles of natural, hands-off farming proposed by philosopher and agricultural scientist, Masanobu Fukuoka. Estévez aims above all else to  express the classic varieties and terroir of his vineyards in the Arnoia valley in the Ribeiro.

This wine is a blend of Treixadura, Loureiro, Albillo, Godello and Verdelho. The grapes were hand picked and fermented by wild yeast in 500L French oak casks for 35-45 days at a controlled temperature of around 10°C. Once fermentation is finished, the wine remains in these casks for 10 months of ageing prior to bottling with minimal use of sulphites. The bottled wine is cellared for at least another year prior to release.
